Renoo helps homeowners organise renovation projects, rooms, photos, receipts, quotes, documents, contractors, paint finishes, reminders and partner decisions.

Information We Collect

We may collect account details, property and project records, uploaded files, photos, receipts, quotes, documents, contractor details, maintenance reminders, partner invite details, subscription status, device diagnostics and support messages.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the app, sync project records, support partner sharing, process subscriptions, improve reliability, prevent abuse, provide support, and generate user-requested project archives.

AI and File Processing

If you choose to scan a quote, receipt, document or image, Renoo may securely process uploaded content through a server-side AI/document processing provider. AI processing is optional and requires in-app consent before use.

Payments

On iOS, premium digital features are purchased through Apple In-App Purchases. Renoo does not collect payment card details in the iOS app.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion inside Settings. Deletion removes or anonymises account-linked project records where required, subject to legal, tax, fraud-prevention and backup retention obligations.
