Renoo Terms of Use

Renoo is a renovation companion for organising project records. It is not a substitute for professional building, legal, insurance, tax, planning, gas or electrical advice.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of records you add, checking contractor quotes, maintaining backups of critical documents, and confirming decisions with qualified professionals where appropriate.

Subscriptions and Purchases

On iOS, Renoo Pro monthly and yearly subscriptions are sold using Apple In-App Purchases. Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial where available. Purchases, cancellations and refund requests are handled through Apple’s systems. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Cancelling a subscription ends future Pro access after the paid period; deleting your account is a separate action in Settings.

AI Features

AI scan results may be incomplete or incorrect. You should verify extracted totals, VAT, dates, warranty details, safety certificates and quote line items before relying on them.

Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion directly inside Settings. We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, billing or fraud-prevention reasons.
